Academic title: MSc in Physics - Geophysics

Natural and mathematical sciences; 10400 Geophysics; 10404 Seismology and physics of the earth's interior

Candidates who have completed the first cycle of studies in: - physics; physics- mathematics; physics-biology; physics-chemistry; physics-informatics have the right to enroll in the master studies. The number of students expected to enroll in the given study program is 10 students with co-financing.

Ratio between compulsory and optional courses:

The total number of courses in the study program is 6. According to the Law on Higher Education, they are distributed as follows:

- Compulsory courses: 4 with 22 ECTS,

- Optional courses: 2 with 8 ECTS (29% of the total number of credits of the study program)

P- lectures; A- auditory exercises; L- laboratory exercises.

In the second semester, students prepare and defend the master's thesis, which is vaed with 30 ECTS credits.
